How to directory my import tax i get married Decembers 27 2008?

it is separate file my rates with my wife?

Answers: You get married at the end of this year? I don't know how to database in the close to future, but for the present that would plan you are still single and should file as such. Unless that be a typo and you meant you get married in 2007. Then you should do married file joint.
This grill is very confusing. However, if you typo'd and get married 12/27/07, then your 2007 taxes have need of to filed as married. Whether you profile married filing as one or filing separately, to be precise up to you. Just be aware there are comparatively a few implications when married file separately that may hurt you.

If you are getting married 12/27/08, then your 2008 taxes inevitability to be filed as married - again, any jointly or separately.
Do you 27 December 2007? If so, next you can file married file jointly or married file separately. It really is up to you which one you choice.

Rebate Check - Does the Trustee TAKE it? Ch. 13 Bruptcy...?

We were curious to know... If a ch. 13 collapse was file NOW, will our rebate check need to be submitted to the trustee?

Thanks!

Answers: As far as i know, the rebate check is not resembling a tax compensation check. You should still be able to go and get it. I would even call the irs and simply ask them this examine. I filed chapter 7 later year and it has nil to do with my due refund this year. I know chapter 13 is different. i'm not entirely sure how that will work. If you use the adjectives sense theory though. I doubt it will effect the rebate check as the rebate check is not expected to settle debts. It's meant to stimulate the cutback. They want you to spend the money in retail. Not earnings off debts beside it. That won't help the cutback at all.
The trustee could purloin it depending on how your case is and what state you live surrounded by we live in a state where on earth they do not touch your tax returns. We of late filed contained by Novemner and ours will not be touched but like i said our state dosen't thieve them. I don't think they will unless you owe spinal column taxes to the IRS, but every state is different the best thing for you to do is simply give the name the lawyers and ask thats the one and only one who can really tell you for sure yes or no. Thats what i did do i got several different answers.

I own e file our taxes on the 1st of Feb they said 8-15 days.I involve it in the past the 25 for surgery. What do ido

Who can I contact to make sure its contained by my account formerly the 25th of Feb.HELP!!??

Answers: The previous posts are correct. I would call your hospital and detail them this information. Maybe you can make clearing arrangements.
If you direct deposited it and you have no outstanding debts (such as child support etc) your compensation should be in your rationalization on Friday, Feb. 15th.

Good luck with the surgery.
bear your paperwork and documentation that you filed to the sandbank. They sometimes let you borrow against your reimbursement.
