They deposited the WRONG amount for my individual income state due return, What Should I Do?
every year i file my taxes on turbotax.com. i've never have a problem. i always receive my federal and state returns on the dot and i get exactly how much it shows me im getting. i only now checked my edge statement online and my state return has be deposited. its SIGNIFICANTLY less than its supposed to be. deeply, its missing the last digit, so i assume it be just a human error and someone mistyped it when it be being direct deposited. who should i contact in the order of this? turbotax has zilch to do with it, adjectives they did was directory it for me. so is there a abiding state office im supposed to call upon?i live in north carolina.

Answers: go on the NC dept of revenue's website. adjectives you have to do is sign surrounded by with your info stuff and youre GOOD TO GO!

You file electronically. No human being retyped it, so the mistake is contained by the original facts or a credit/deduction that the IRS has established not to give you.
