I know someone who's lived in a caravan (static) for 14 years and never compensated council tax..my put somebody through the mill is: what is likely to come up if he's caught?Answers: http://www.mycounciltax.gov.uk/instructi...
Check out the above, this is guidance from the Valuation office who document properties for Council Tax purposes.
It depends on a lot of circumstances and on what argument he occupies the van e.g is he the owner or a tenant.
On the plus side, the local authority can singular backdate a charge for 6 years so if they do decide to include it on the rating register he will have to rate back 6 years worth of Council Tax (caravans are in general a Band A) sounds nasty but the Council should brand some sort of arrangement for him to pay the charge support.
If you refuse to rate though you end up contained by Jail

I am a contractor and just did my taxs near TurboTax. When I wallet would I just transport the amount I owe less the $1200? or convey the full amount and then dally for them to send it put a bet on to me?Answers: No. You must pay your 2007 Federal Income Taxes back April 15, 2008.
According to the IRS:
Starting in May, the Treasury will fire up sending stimulus payments to more than 130 million individuals. The stimulus payments will go out through the deferred spring and summer.
I'm not a professional, but I say don't count on it ~ I believe the bill is still waiting to own the "finishing touches" put in and I reflect on it still has to be passed?
I deliberate you'll need to pay envelope what you owe and just lurk for whatever "stimulus money" you get hold of in the letters ~ I have not hear that you can deal near them combined ~
No, that's separate, you can't deduct it from what you owe. You 'll own to pay the full amount.
