Is in attendance a tenet that states independent contractors or human resources that work for an employer must wage taxes? Why?
SERIOUS INQUIRIES:What is the bill/ammendment?
For what purposes must we pay taxes and why? Shouldn't it be flexible?
Answers: Re: Is there a canon?
Yes
Re: Do independent contractors and employees hold to pay taxes?
Yes
Re: Why?
To wage for the expenses of government. DOD, NASA, EPA, FAA, CIA, FBI, DOE, FCC, FDA, TSA, DOT, NSA, Congress, White House, etc., etc.
Re: What is the bill/amendment?
The Constitution and the 16th amendment provide Congress near the power to lay and collect taxes. Using that power, Congress has passed mixed laws over the years that engineer up our current income tax system.
Internal Revenue Act of 1954

Tax Reform Act of 1986

Our current duty laws are codified within Title 26 of the U.S. Code.

Title 26 is known as prima facie decree or evidence of the actual laws passed by Congress. The law passed by Congress are known as "positive" tenet. Laws passed by Congress can be read in the U.S. Statutes at Large. To the best of my awareness, the U.S. Statutes at Large are not available online. However, they can be read in most Federal Depository Libraries.

Internal Revenue Act of 1954 is surrounded by Volume 68A, starting on page 3. The Tax Reform Act of 1986 is in Volume 100, starting on page 2085.
Re: For what purposes must we discharge taxes and why?
Do you like the certainty that we have the strongest, most advanced military surrounded by the world? Do you like the nice interstate highway? How about assurances that the food you buy is verbs and properly packaged? How almost when you fly? Do you like thought safe surrounded by the air because here is a regulatory agency making sure the airlines follow rules? There are plenty of things that are paid for by income taxes.
Re: Should it be recommended?
If income taxes were not compulsory, do you think anybody would salary them? Of course not. That is why there is a tenet.
PS: BTW, it is 95 years of enforcement. I'm sure that it's simply a typo in Wartz's post.
Living within this country is what's *optional*.
But if you choose the option of living within this country, then you adopt the responsibility of living by its laws. That includes paying your taxes to give a hand support the country you have chosen to live within.
Call your state congress person for the first examine. Should it be optional? Yeah, it should. Why do we payment...
When you flush your toilet, where does the crap jump?
That is why we pay taxes.
Serious enquiries? Shouldn't it be recommended? You're serious?
Tell me, you don't seem tot hink you should repay, so if it was unrestricted, would you?
Okay, so now we adjectives don't pay (because why should I, it's suggested!). So now, who pays for adjectives the stuff the government pays very soon? Want roads? want police? the army/navy air force? How roughly speaking the Coast Guard, should they ask for a 'voluntary donation' before rescuing your sorry butt in the future?
Give your head a shake. Then hit yourself up side o' the chief with a 2 x 4. Repeatedly, until you knock some sense within.

I bought a house as PPR in Feb 2007 & lived nearby until new PPR bought contained by Sept 2007. The first PPR has be rented out since Sept 2007 & I have rewarded the extra stamp duty etc. I now want to put up for sale the rental (Feb 2008) & I am not sure if I qualify for a discount on capital gain tax as it be my PPR for approx 7 months & I have held for over 12 months. Any guidance would be appreicated.Answers: hi There,
if you elect the first PPR as your main resident, the wealth gain will be exempt under major residence exemption (rent out for less than 6 years period)
Otherwise, you will be entitled for the discount on possessions gain tax since you hold held it more than 12 months
