Questions give or take a few GST?

I have some question about GST(Good and Serviece Tax)in Australia. If I want to buy produce, seller offered me two price(Inc GST or Ex GST),what's the biggest difference between them? Can I get warranty from retailer If I buy goods exclude GST.Plz distribute me more information between them(Goods Ex GST,Goods Inc GST,warranty, legal ).Thx!

Answers: An entity is solely required to be registered for GST if their annual turnover is more than $75,000.

In order for the hawker to legally charge GST they must be registered for it. If you own the sellers ABN check it at http://www.abr.business.gov.au to see if they are registered for GST. If they are not registered afterwards they are certainly dodgy and I would avoid at adjectives costs and report to the ATO.

When a seller quotes a price exclusive of GST this is the price of the item after you claim stern what is known as GST input charge credits. Generally you can only claim these GST input tariff credits if you yourself have an ABN and are registered for GST.

If you purchased the item you would call for to pay the full amount inclusive of GST after claim the GST paid rear on your BAS. If you are just an general consumer then you cannot claim fund the GST.

Other than that all warranty should continue to stand as set out by both the retailers and manufactuers policies.
Be outstandingly, very scant! If a normal business sell you anything you must pay GST. It would be greatly unwise to buy an item or service lacking paying it.Anyone who offers an Ex GST price is usually a bit "dodgey" and will require to be rewarded in dosh.Warranties etc will be very doubtful.
DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ILLEGALITIES.it could turn around and bite you

What is the maximum amount of money to claim on clothes donations when filing taxes?

Answers: they will be counted as fair market value... and you can do that by looking in the newspaper, online, etc and finding similiar things, and you will need to keep track of how you found the fmv.. also the irs has new restrictions, meaning you CAN NOT deduct something without valid proof, (ex bank statement, receipt, and the charity's name MUST be on it)
The maximum you can deduct is the actual cash value of the items you donated. In other words, what they are worth to the charity you donated them to -- what the charity can sell them for.

You should be getting receipts from the charities if you plan to include these donations in your itemized deductions. In that case, the maximum amount of money you should claim is whatever all your receipts for the year total up to.

Answers: I would travel down to the Jackson Hewitt office and communicate them this info. Could they have taken $90 out for preparation fees? Could they enjoy made a mistake and the Oklahoma Tax Commission reduced your refund?
The populace at Jackson Hewitt should be able to explain this to you better than we can, because they know your exact toll situation and we don't.
