Answers: I believe your local big chain grocery store, Walmart Customer Service, etc., will cash a U.S. Treasury check for a small fee.
if you have a close friend, or relative, you might be able to sign the check over to them and you can go with them and provided that they have enough money in their account to cover the check and provided that the bank allows third party checks, you might be able to cash it that way
