Taxes Questions and Answers

How do you go back and add a dependant to a tax return you filed last year? Can you do that with TurboTax?

Answers: You'd have to file a revised form, a 1040-X. Yes, you can do this with TurboTax. I don't know if they'll charge you or not. Or you could do it yourself for free -- just download the form from the IRS Web site, fill it out, and mail it in!
File an amended return for 2006. I think Turbo Tax has that feature. It is form 1040X. You'll need a copy of your 1040 for 2006 and you may also need the instructions and tax tables that came with it.

Who can I homily to to bring accurate answers in relation to taxes?

I have so frequent questions in connection with my income taxes, and taxes on my Damage Award. When I try asking people for warning, I get conflicting answers. Who can I consult for the actual truth? How can I contact them?

Answers: Look in the pallid pages for a excise accountant. That would be your best bet if you have a complicated situation.

You could try a toll preparation office such as H&R Block, but I worked for one a few years ago and they hire like mad of part time family to whom they give a breakneck crash course. A great many of those relatives are not "professionals" even though they charge you as if they were.

Asking friends and Internet strangers how to best prepare your taxes might win you in hot river quick.
Grab a copy of IRS Pub 525 from their website. I'd post a intertwine but they don't work any more, probalby thanks to adjectives of the spammers. It will tell you most if all of what you involve to know. Once you've digested, post your remaining questions here and one or more of the top contributors will probably own a ready answer for you.

(Be evasive of responses from those who aren't top contributors in the Taxes nouns, there are some REALLY worthless answers from some of them!)
If you want a true professional I would suggest an Enrolled Agent. They are certified by the IRS. Most empire think that CPA's are the most qualified...but, they aren't.

A CPA is nought but an auditor...meaning they follow undisputed rules in bookkeeping. They do thieve a 16 hour test...but one and only two hours are about taxes. An Enrolled Agent also take a 16 test...adjectives of it is about taxation.

But, I hold meet a few CPA's that specialize within taxation that are really good. But, the title doesn't penny-pinching they are!

And, as far as Bostonia's suggestion...I think he is a bit full of himself. I am not within the rank he is here...but I assure you I know as much or more in the region of taxation!

How come I enjoy to compensate more taxes than adjectives of you non working welfare collecting...?

baby popping, glorious school dropouts. And you adjectives still get more taxes surrounded by return than me.

Answers: Because you pay them by regulation, like most of us do, and you are not Wesley Snipes. The meek will inherit the Earth, but the IRS will entrap the ones that don't pay the toll on the path out.
God watches over fools and babies.
And so does the United States

Don't you know that is the American process! Rich pay smaller number taxes so us middle folk support both. Aren't you glad you asked! :)
