Taxes Questions and Answers

Is my son due exempt?

He made about 11,000 end year in his subdivision time jobs, he only just turned 18 in November of 07 and is a full time elevated school student. Should he hold claimed exempt with both employer last year. I don't know why but I thought if he be a full time high college student he would get it adjectives back.

Answers: No, he is not charge exempt. There is no law that automatically exempts students from paying taxes. Based on an earn income of $11,000, he is required to file a return.

You can read the requirements on page 7 of the instructions to Form 1040.

Hmm…….great question. Wasn’t too sure of the answer myself... But looking around I found a site on filing taxes online that has what you need in detail: http://tubeurl.com/file-taxes-online... and some other info on it. Hope this answer helps, as I know you asking it helped me. If it doesn’t send me a message and I’ll try to help you out with it some more.
