What is flexible working agreement?

the definition

Answers: Sounds like flex time, close to you have agreed to work so heaps hours, but not necessarily the same respectively day or respectively week. Like my sister works flex time. She generally works Mon-Fri, 8 - 5, but if she have to leave two hours rash one day to do something she works for two hours on Saturday or two hours longer sooner or later the next week.

Can my fiance claim me as a dependent on her taxes due to the fact that I have a disablity?

Answers: I DONT THINK SO IF YOUR NOT MARRIED BUT SOME STATES WILL LET YOU
The disability is not the issue.

Your fiance *may* be able to claim you under the qualifying relative rules if you lived with her all year, made less than $3400 in taxable income AND she provided more than half of your support (and living together did not violate any local laws).

If she can claim you as a qualifying relative, she gets to claim your $3400 exemption. She does not get HOH or EIC.

Answers: 1040EZ is Best!
1040A requires multiple Deductions.
AND Because you earned $3340 Gross you will bring the $300. refund. It's for anyone file Tax over $3,000 Income
Think the 1040EZ should work for you..

You qualify for the 1040EZ
You can file any one, but the 1040EZ is a lot simpler, so I'd do that one.
