Once the irs has excepted your efile dose that mean everything was ok and you will get you doe in two weeks?
Answers: It just means that you will receive the refund check in about 2 weeks. The IRS still has the right to review the return in more detail to determine if any errors were made.
IRS accepted your tax return just means that their computers did n't find any problems in the first analysis and you will get your refund.
It does not means you are escaping if there are any omissions or falsification in the return. IRS can came back in next 3 years.
Not necessarily. It only means that there were no major errors such as duplicate use of a SSN on 2 or more tax returns and that a quickie check of your SSN was OK.
Once it's been accepted you'll normally see your refund in 8 to 15 days if you opted to have your refund sent directly to your bank. However there are many things that can delay the processing of your return and any refund. A prime example is a suspicious EIC claim. That isn't checked in the first look but will be looked at by the IRS computers once your return has been accepted.
Even once your return has been processed and the refund sent to you, the IRS still has 3 years from the filing deadline to question anything on your return and correct your tax liability and levy any additional tax.
Not necessarily. It just means that some of the basics are correct. Most of the time it means you'll get your refund as scheduled, but it could still kick out for further review, or be reviewed or audited later even after you get your refund.
I'm wondering if we will enjoy to repay the command for the rates rebate, schedueled for May 2008, or will?
we just own to claim it as income.Answers: No possible way to say aloud. The "rebate" has not be passed into law however so there's no way to articulate who will be getting what. Or even if anyone will get anything at adjectives. Nobody can give you an answer explicitly anything but PURE guesswork
Individuals who pay income taxes would acquire up to $600, working couples $1,200 and those with children an superfluous $300 per child under the agreement. Workers who form at least $3,000 but don’t reward taxes would get $300 rebate.
The first rebate payments could begin going out surrounded by May, and most people could own them by July, though the IRS will already be overwhelmed processing 2007 tax returns.
The rebate is not taxable at the federal rank, and it's unlikely the states would tax it, though that's not entirely clear at this point.
