Wife is disabled and can't work?
I both work and take attention to detail of her. is there a instrument that I can have her declared as a dependent on my 2007 taxes. She cannot work and have not worked in over 3 years and is on SSI.Answers: A spouse is NEVER a dependent. However if you report a joint return near her you get 2 personal exemptions, one for respectively of you, plus double the standard deduction. That's if truth be told better for you than it would be if you could claim her as a dependent.
You can file a cohesive return even if all the income is from your work. You'll grasp an exemption and a standard deduction for respectively of you.
How express does the irs distribute their refund?
My husband and I filed our taxes through HRBlock and chose that stupid 'Anewcard'. My husband is surrounded by the military so we had to do an RT. The repayment hotline says we should receive our repayment By Feb. 5th and the 'Anewcard' says Feb 1st.Who is right? And also have anyone used this card?

Answers: We are military as well and We chose the Anewcard and it say the same exact article when i check it. I am told Feb 1st, i just judge the irs says the 5th within case the hill it is going to takes longer to process.
step to www.irs.gov and click on "wheres my refund?"
I did that and I get my refund the exact daylight it said I would.
