Answers: Union Dues are a miscellaneous deduction on Schedule A subject to a 2% of AGI exclusion.

It is a rota A deduction. You must hold enough deduction to be more than your standard deduction or they will not apply.

Tax return examine concering DSS and income.?

i have a friend thats 19years hoary recieving monthly checks from DSS. does he have to report that amount on his 1040? if so where on earth does he report it? he havent recieved any mail from DSS saw how much they gave him surrounded by 2007 or anything.. thank you
