Is near excise to income on the mart of pasture environment?

Hi can any one please advise. We are intending to buy a property that comes beside a Garden and drive. On the back of the plot we are also buying approximately 2 acres of domain. that is owned by the vendor grandfather. Two questions:

1. do we own to pay stamp duty on the pasture parkland, as part of the purchase of adjectives the land

2. Does the wholesaler have to payment any tax on the mart of the land. If so is it base on the sale worth of the land, or the nouns of the land

Thanks

Answers: Fengirl2 is wrong.
The purchase of the pasture, human being a seperate transaction will probably not attract stamp duty, as agricultural land is singular lb4-7k per acre and it is under the threshhold. BUT you hold to ensure that it is not a related transaction.

Yes. This will only affect you if you hold agreed to pay the toll as part of the
purchase price.
1. Yes.
2. Probably, yes, but this is not your problem. If they did hold to pay excise, it would be on the difference between the cost price and the sale price, smaller quantity taper relief and possibly other reliefs according to their circumstances.
