If i live with someone for 14 years and he pays all the bills, can he claim me on his income tax?
Answers: Have your friend review the "qualifying relative rules."
He must provide more than half of your support.
You must live with him all year.
You must make less than $3400 in income.
Your relationship must not violate local law.
If the tests are met, he can claim your $3400 exemption and save a little ($500 or so) in taxes. He would not be entitled to HOH or EIC.
In some States you would be considered married after 14 years. And yes it's possible, you need to provide more details though.
