Answer please?
O K I want to know once and for all are we adjectives that are on Social Security going to receive a rebate check . NOw we do not pay income export tax so i am not sure if we will get a rebate or not. Also what something like people on SSI do they catch one Please help me grasp this.Answers: Yes, people who receive at smallest $3000 for the year in social payment are eligible for a $300 rebate, but the will have to database a tax return for 2007 even though they aren't required to report one and normally don't.
SSI is not qualify imcome for the rebate, so unless the person have other income that does qualify, no they won't get a rebate.
If you don't hold to file a tariff return, but you got at most minuscule $3,000 in Social Security and want the rebate, you inevitability to fill out a 1040A form (sample attached first link) and one and only fill contained by the parts that aren't blacked out. It is pretty easy and straight forward. No call for to see a professional. The second link is a blank 1040A form.
Since I'm a minor and I'm claimed under my parents (even though i filed this year), will I get a rebate check?
Answers: No, if you are claimed as a dependent, you aren't eligible for a rebate.
Nope. If you're a dependent, I don't think you're getting one.
I own withdrawn my UGMA investment. How do I report this on my income taxes?
I have withdrawn my Uniform Gift Minor Act (UGMA) sketch. How do I calculate a cost argument. What, and how do I report this information on my 1040 return.Thank you
Answers: Presumably the UGMA was invested within something. The year that the item is sold, you will get a 1099-B.
Hopefully your article statements will show your basis so you can report something except $0 under the cost spring on your schedule D.
