Taxes Questions and Answers

If you mail in your taxes, when should you expect to get your refund if you file taxes in the United States?

Answers: My personal experience is 6 to 8 weeks. They don't get in a hurry to give back, but they are right there with their penalties if your late paying them.
Assuming you made no errors on the return, 6 weeks is not a bad estimate. You'll likely get your refund one week faster if you asked for direct deposit into your savings/checking acct than if you asked for a check to be mailed to you.

Good luck!

Do NH residents hold to directory for State Tax very soon?

Using H&R Block online and it does not list NH as a state that "doesn't require a state levy return." Did I miss something? NH is tax free, right? Do I truly need to folder a State Tax Return for NH and pay $30?

Answers: NH doesn't own an income tax. If you don't enjoy any total interest and dividend income then you don't enjoy to file anything.
