Can the IRS hold taking your refund if they've gotten their money stern?

My husband owed the IRS $2500. In 2006 they took $2000, in 2007 they took $2500. Can they run his money this year, he is finished paying them? They have already taken too much unless interest have added up to $2000.

That sounds give or take a few right. They normally charge almost 52% interest. Based on those number his debt should be paid by immediately, but he SHOULD know, I mean do they still distribute him a bill or did they send him something adage he has rewarded it all put money on?

Is a bright wood stove a tariff conclusion?

I live in Ohio and we hold newly installed a wood stove within our home as a form of heating that uses a renewable force source versus the propane furnace we were using. Is the cost of the exotic stove a tax estimate federal and state?

Answers: It is not deductible for federal taxes. There are energy levy credits, but a wood stove is not one of them. I dobt that the state would have any duty preference item for a wood stove.
I live within Maryland and we recieve no tax rebate for purchasing or owning a wood stove. I don't know the tax law in Ohio but to be honest next to you the most logical answer would be NO.

The issue with wood stoves is the amount of pollution they produce is worse than burning gas or grease; even an air tight wood stove next to a catalytic converter. So I think the state might ask; are you really helping out the cutback and if so should someone give you a rebate for polluting more than you did earlier?

Tax expense request for information?

I have be paying a teenager $300. a month to monitor my daughter since this past August. I want to claim that money on my taxes as childcare expense. However she say that she can't claim that as income now, because she would get hold of in trouble because she didn't report any of it to welfare department. Can I still claim that as an expense without motto that I paid her, and minus giving her social security number. I run a childcare years ago, and I would have a teen come contained by for me when I had appoinments. I be able after to count that as an expense, without giving info on the teen. But I'm not sure if I can do that presently, since I have compensated her such a large amount.

Answers: You can claim it and near is a section surrounded by taxcut that says she refuse to give her ss# which will more than credible have them check into her, however if she is not licensed daycare, and watching him contained by your home, you will be subject to paying a nanny tax for her which could result contained by more taxes paid by you.
