Am I considered self employed if all my income is reported on 1099B or is that only if I have 1099 misc income
Answers: 1099B includes only income from Broker transactions. In order to be self-employed you need to have actually earned the income, whether or not you recieved a 1099 Misc. So this would only be self-employment income if your business was selling stocks and bonds (such as being a day trader)
Not self-employed for tax purposes. The 1099B income goes on schedule D - 1099-misc non-employee compensation would go on schedule C and also require a schedule SE.

The House and the Senate hold

The Senate reworked copy takes out this

Can you claim someone that lives with you and is on disability?
Answers: Are they?
If they live with you all year, made less than $3400, you provided more than of their support, maybe.
This would get you the $3400 exemption, but not HOH or EIC.
