I'm American-Canadian. Do I repay inheritance levy on inheritance from US contained by US or Canada?
I live and work in Canada.Answers: Canada does not enjoy inheritance taxes. You pay the taxes where on earth the deceased lived / died.
There is no federal inheritance export tax in the US. I am not habituated with Canadian toll law.
Some states do enjoy inheritance taxes, so you would want to check with the state from which the inheritance is originate.
What excise form should I use?
I am 20 years old, so I've file taxes three times and this will be my fourth year. In the past I own always qualified to use the 1040EZ. My circumstances hold been matching this year, with one exception...I spent 3-4 weeks working as an independent contractor to do door-to-door sale. The company I worked for stated that I would receive a 1099 at the end of the year. I have to travel 1800 miles away from home to do the job. I kept adjectives receipts from the trip, including gas, food, groceries, etc. They total $930. I have not received my 1099 nonetheless as promised, but I estimate that I couldn't have earn more than about $1000 on this do business, and I probably *lost* money.
All that said, what tax form will I have need of to use this year?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Answers: For self-employment income use form 1040...
plus diary C [or C-EZ] to deduct business
expenses, including business use of your saloon;
and schedule SE to integer the 15.3% of your
net income for Social Security and Medicare levy.
You can download these from the IRS website
or get them from your local library.
Be sure to check to see if you qualify for EIC.

Here's a great connect that breaks it down for you... I am thinking you can't use the 1040EZ this year and instead will have to report 1040A. It's still pretty easy.
Form 1040 is a ambush all form. You can use this form even though you might be capable of use form 1040A. I would suggest that you use form 1040. You can't go wrong by using this form.
