Answers: Go to the H&R Block tax estimator, stuff out your info, and get a pretty flawless estimate of your taxes and refund.

You compensated 949 and you think your REFUND should be more than 1700?!?!?!?

WOW!

I regard your REFUND SHOULD be 949 or less.
Since your in step gross income ends up 0, you will get fund what you paid surrounded by if you are filing single near one child.
Are you saying you are getting a reimbursement of $1700?
Actually that does sound on the low side...

you inevitability to go through the child duty credit... and also double check your Earned Income Tax Credit.

According to the info you provided HR Blocks tax cut read as

$1476 for standard tax repayment
then
$2853 for EIC
$36 for Tax Credit and
$488 for added tax credit.

total of $4250 and thats up to that time your State Return

when you file database as head of household... (assuming it's a moment ago you and your daughter).

I highly recommend picking up a copy of turbo due or HR blocks software... they'll walk you through it.

What form do SSDI people fill out for a rebate check? can we use 1040ez? thanks?

Answers: The rebate check will be mailed automatically if you are eligible. Nothing has to be filed.
People receiving Social Security benefits that normally don't have to file, will have to in order to get the rebate.
Yes, you can use the 1040EZ.
You must file a tax return to receive a rebate. You cannot use Form 1040EZ. You must use Form 1040A or Form 1040.

If you use Form 1040A, report your SSDI on Line 14a. You can print out the form from the link below and mail it in.

Here is the link to find the address to use:

According to an IRS telephone representative, if you use 1040EZ that MIGHT Be OK but to be 100% sure use the 1040a or 1040 form. For those who have already filed using a 1040EZ, that is, you filed BEFORE the law was signed, call the IRS 30 days after you sent in the form to see if the disability income was submitted by Social security to the IRS automatically. ON your SSA-1099 form it says not to send the 1099 income document with your tax form because the Social Security Administration automatically sends that info to the IRS. The IRS tax rep said that is not always the case and that are gliches in the system with regards to the transmitting of the info from Social Security to the IRS and many times they don't receive that information. So, the IRS said that you need to call back in 30 days to see if the IRS got the information from Social Security. IF NOT, you HAVE TO file a 1040X form to amend your income. The 1040EZ form does not have a specific place to declare any Social Security benefit information while the 1040 and 1040a does. Yet in the 1040EZ booklet there is a worksheet on page10 where they help you to find out whether or not your social security income is taxable or not and generally people who only get SS or SSD for their income CAN use that form to file taxes. Stupid isn't it? That's the IRS for you!!

Are different vim well-run kitchen appliances tariff deductible?

I purchased new kitchen appliances this year (stove, dishwasher and fridge) that totalled over $5,000. Can I reduce by this on my income taxes b/c they are energy rationalized?

Answers: There are specific items you can buy that may be eligible for a credit on an individual tax return. I would review the following correlation to get details.

Appears to me that the items you tabled may fall beneath the "$300 for each item of qualified dynamism efficient property" flash item. Good luck.
No. There were credits for the manufacturer, but not for the buyers.
