If I efile my tax return how long will it take to get my direct deposit refund from federal and NY state?

You should be able to figure out when you would get your federal refund from that.but I am not sure about your state refund!

ATM bill?

How much is the min and max withdrawal allowed within ATMs


Answers: I work at a Bank and ours is minimum: $10.00 maximum: $500.00. It just depends on the mound!
They vary base on the policies of the provider who operates the ATM and on your bank's policy as okay. I believe in most cases it is $200 per transaction, and later there is a on a daily basis withdrawal delineate as well. Check beside your bank.

My mother died last year. Can I claim the property taxes I paid on her house?




Answers: Yes if you inherited the house and paid it after death. Before death it is her deduction on her final 1040 if any.
Did you pay the taxes on behalf of the estate?

If you paid them because she couldn't afford to do so, then I believe that it would be considered a gift, as the tax was not really your liability.

Are you filing the estate tax? Those can be tricky and I'd recommend you consulting with a tax accountant so that you don't end up paying part of the estate expenses out of your personal account and not getting reimbursed.

And I wouldn't fool with the 12-day wonders at H&R Block or the like. You need the advice of a local tax accountant or CPA.
