Taxes Questions and Answers

How much time do i enjoy?

Right, I am an employer and emply some guys. My accountant is really poorly for 2 months but he is the one who takes exactness of my accounts and tax informations.

I not long employed another guy. Since my accountant is ill, he cant do any taxes/payslips for the foreign employee. I am paying this hot employee directly minus any payslips and taxes cut. He knows why i am doing this though. As soon as my accountant is ok, he will do the excise and stuffs. Will it be legal if i do that.

Also, i necessitate to provide the new hand that he was employed 2 months ago and the due was deduct since 2 months ago. Will i be able to do that??

Answers: umm thats not permitted.
My advice to you is this.

Stop waiting for your accountant to bring back better. You run the risk of the tax man making your time a complete nightmare.

Cut and paste the contact below into your browser and take a look at the Sage Accountancy Package.

We use it for our business and find thats its so flowing and saves adjectives the grief. You will also find that if and when your accountant returns, he will charge you next to nil to look at the wage slips as the software does it all for you.

I hope this help... Good luck.
Contact HMRC and get an Employer's disc.
This includes calculators for PAYE and NIC, so you can do it yourself. Or do it online at HMRC.gov.uk
You can't wait as the PAYE is any due monthly (Now Overdue) or quarterly (Due this month).

State due??

Normally, what is the percentage of state tax you receive back?

Answers: It depends what state, the due rate for that state and the amount of state tax withheld from your take-home pay, among other things.

Should i claim my rent on my taxes from my apartment?

Answers: There is no deduction from federal taxes for rent.

In some states they have tax "credits" (not deductions) for a portion of rent paid IF you make under a certain amount.

In Michigan it is called a Homestead Property Tax Credit.
You can't claim your rent on your federal taxes. Whether you can claim it on your state taxes depends on what state you live in.

LOOK AT THE TAX FORM. Is there a place that says "How much rent did you pay this year?" If so, you should enter your rent there. If not, then you probably can't claim it.
Tamara you've asked this 3 times the answer is still NO rent is not deductible.
