Should ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS receive excise rebate this spring?
Its being voted on that ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS should NOT grasp tax rebate this spring, is that right or wrong?Thoughts?
Answers: People in prison don't catch tax rebate because they did illegal things, why should nation who are living here illegally be treated any better? I already repay for their healthcare and probably their food stamps/WIC/welfare anyway.

anyways, some argue that even though they ARE here immorally, some illegal immigrant have import tax payer identification numbers, which allows them to work AND wage taxes. so, the argument on their side is that if they're paying taxes, shouldn't they get rebate too?
all that said, i do agree near you that they should not get rebate under any circumstances, but, i can see where on earth the other side is coming from.

Tax Rebate for 2008?
I was wondering if I would be eligible to receive this rebate. I didn't foot taxes for 2007 tax year but I recieved a repayment. I made $8750 last year and I'm suppose to recieve $886 for my federal return but it hasn't arrived even so and I've already recieved $340 from my state. so, if anyone could tell me if I'm eligible for this rebate, how much I could recieve and if anyone have any idea when those will be getting this in the messages?Answers: Under the terms of the rebate bill passed by the House, since you have over $3000 in income, you would qualify for the $300 minimum rebate even if you compensated no 2007 Federal Income Tax.

I can't find the exact info I am looking for regarding this 2007 charge refund that Bush is proposing. The Senate version is terribly different from the House version. They enjoy to iron out their differences and then Bush would enjoy to sign it.
