Renewing charge disc...?

Okay so i had to renew my excise on my car as it runs out today, however when I search for my insurance certificate it could not be found! I realised I hadnt be sent one as I had an aged temporary cover information however that had expired, so the post bureau couldnt accept it. I call my insurers who are sending out a certificate but noticeably wont arrive in time. I call DVLA and paid for my toll over the phone and they will send out a due disc in 3 working days, but the one on my saloon will be out of date as from tomorrow. Do you mull over this is still ok? as DVLA should have story that I paid today over the phone? Thanks

Answers: Yes, you'll be freshly fine.
No its not okay.

Contact the DVLA again and ask them to send it via First Class Delivery. This will probably cost extra, but here is no way around it.
It'll be fine. Put a wee make a note of on your windscreen saying tariff disk in post. If police run a check, they'll be told everything contained by order.

Incidentally, if you buy your tariff disc online, DVLA check their system for valid insurance/MOT, and you don't need to produce library.
If you have compensated DVLA and they have taken the money, later you have compensated the road tax. Technically you do own to display a tax disc, but if you are stopped for this it would be strange as the police woudl see that you hold insurance and tax on their computer check, as it is adjectives in connected databases. I never display the tax disc on my motorbike as it falls stale, and no-one seems to keeping. I have be followed by the police a few times but they have not stopped me presumably because they can see I am adjectives legal.
Do it and dont verbs.
Hi there as far as i know you will be ok for a few days if you havent get your tax disc on the other hand just surrounded by case if are not to sure i would ring the insurance or excise office and seize them to give you a memo just if its a defence you get stopped by the police. My mum have done it once or twice and she was ok.
no i would hang about till you get the duty disc first cos you will get a fine if caught in need one

Tax return delayed please HELP!!?

I checked the IRS website and this is the notice posted within response to me entering my information..."We have received your export tax return and it is being reviewed. You will receive a sense from us requesting additional information from you. When you receive the sense, please provide the requested information within 30 days. You may not receive adjectives or a part of your discount until we receive and review the information we requested from you. If you need more information after you receive our see, call the number on the spy."
Has anyone ever seen this sense? If so what does it mean?

Answers: I wouldn't be too concerned roughly speaking the message but, in will within fact bottleneck the receipt of your settlement for a bit. My friend got equal message and they requested proof of a dependant living with him and him have legal custody but, this be triggered because he was claimed on someone else's return as capably. All it is, is there is some discrepancy surrounded by information that you entered on your return to what the IRS have in their system and simply want you to send the more information "proving" what ever it may be... If you call the IRS they will know how to give you more information on the problem and should know how to tell you what the make out is requesting...

It means what is say. The IRS found some problem with your return and will contact you going on for it.

Don't lose any sleep over it. If the IRS found a problem this fast, it is notably unlikely that you're in serious trouble. It's most feasible you made some small error entering your information onto the form and it needs to be corrected.
Did you use EIC? Sometimes they stoppage for that reason. They inevitability you to prove that your dependent lived with you and that you're eligible fo rthe EIC. Hope this help.

What if I be a full resident of DE for 2006, but worked surrounded by NJ and forgot to directory NJ taxes for 2006?

I'm sure if anything, I'll probablly be due a refund. Would in attendance be a penalty for file now if I'm due a repayment?

Answers: File the return late. If you owe anything, NJ will transport you a bill.
If you are getting a refund you can folder late next to no penalty. They are more than elated to sit on your money for an extra year.

After you file your 2006 NJ export tax return you will want to amend your DE tax return to bring a tax credit for any rates liability you had to the other state. The formula to digit this credit get complicated so you might want to see back of a qualified tax professional.
