IRS REference # 1301? What the Heck NOW?
My refund be due last week. Then it suddenly have a would be deposited by Feb 19th date, now today it say .."being processed and for more information phone up IRS with hint code 1301"
What is 1301?

if memory serves me right you own an offset on you ... description you owe anything from fed. debt to child support to backbone taxes. you need to call for them....
I e-filed 1/25/08 and received my state tariff return this morning (direct deposit). Are they any IRS delay?

And afterwards however long it takes for your ridge to process the direct deposit after they send it is when you'll see the money. So, 2/12 seem about right.

My son e-filed on 1/18 & his federal will hit 2/1. Most IRS software lets you step back into your return to see when to expect repayment. Or there is a phone # (see charge book) but I think they enlighten you to wait to christen till 6 weeks- however they usually know by now. They are running 10 to 14 days.

You requirement to first call the employer & cooperate with them. Then give the name the I.R.S. immediately. This could be an absoulute nightmare & happen everyday with illegals using someone elses S.S. #. You probably want to monitor your credit bureau reports as powerfully since they could be using your identity to buy things in your given name. I would also call the police to engineer a report and let the 3 credit bureaus - Equifax, Experian, & Trans Union know so they can put a fraud alert on your acct. where on earth creditors will be required to VERIFY that it's you before extending credit.
contact the company who issued the 1099 and find out what is going on
