If you live with your boyfirend and he works while your within school and you both live within the same house can he claim you?Answers: I'm pretty sure he can claim you as a dependent as long as he supported you. My husband claimed me since we were married.

Answers: If your parents claim you as a dependent, you will be ineligible for the rebate, but you may still benefit lower than the plan.
While the rebate depends on your 2007 status and income, it is actually a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, within 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to zero percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.
So if you enjoy taxable income in 2008, you will see a charge cut when you file within 2009.
You do not qualify for the economic stimulus rebate program.

Greetings all,I owed $1,500 for a student loan, and $1,325 be taken from my taxes to pay towards it. My cross-examine is, will by stimulus rebate be reduced by the last $175 that I owe.
