Will these rebate that be of late approved come past its sell-by date my 2008 export tax discount?
Just wondering if I normally acquire a refund from the IRS if these rebate are just an "advance" rotten the refund I would draw from next year.Or is this necessarily just a freebie offering with no strings attached?
Thanks
Answers: It will not effect your 2008 discount.
The "rebate" is an advance credit against your 2008 excise return (which will be filed within 2009). However, it is calculated based on the amounts shown on your 2007 return. When you database your 2008 return, the IRS will recalculate your "rebate" based on the 2008 amounts. If this results contained by a larger "rebate", you will receive a check for the difference. If this results in a smaller rebate, you will not own to repay the difference.
The "rebate" will not increase or decrease any tariff refund to which you are entitled. It is an addtional settlement.
tax re-bait is finance on next yrs 'refunds'
no freebie

You should expand your question and be more specific.
If we wages taxes for the year2007...almost 15,000.00.are we still eligible for the settlement they plan ondoing ?
We pay taxes for this year an estimate of 15,000.000.can we still receive the REFUND...?Answers: You need to know your AGI.
The stimulus legislation allows for a 5% phaseout rate for households above the income cap of $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers. So the rebate disappears completely at $87,000 for singles and $174,000 for shared filers.
If you are filing in concert and your AGI is under this threshold, after you will receive the full $1200 rebate.
While the rebate depends on your 2007 income, it is actually a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, surrounded by 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to zero percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.
It's close to a one time tax cut for 2008, but you draw from the rebate now instead of waiting to report your 2008 taxes.
Rebates beging phasing out at $75,000 AGI for single taxpayers and $150,000 for married filing communal
So in any filing status if your duty liability is $15,000, your rebate will be reduced. How much is unknown at this time
