I know you guys are tired of answering question close to this..but I own to ask?

If I e-file my taxes online tonight, do you think there's any process I'll get it by 2/8/08? The IRS website say that if your taxes are accepted by 11am on Jan 31st that it would be deposited into my justification on 2/8. What do you think? Thanks so much!

Answers: If it say 2/8, then it is more potential than not, going to be true.. but allow yourself a few days to see the money.. mine is supposed to be direct deposited on 2/8 and I filed on Saturday.. I notice it also stated to allow 2 days for processing. Best Wishes!
It depends on if you are claiming certain credits. The website you efile next to should tell you if you are going to be held up by this brand new ACT thing the federal govt is doing or not. Mine won't even set off to be processed until Feb 11, and I filed behind time last week.

I solely collected dismissal contained by 2007 do I directory?

Do I have to profile a return? im single , pd no taxes and collected 3000.00 in job loss.

Answers: Yes, you have to report dismissal compensation.. you won't owe any taxes though because you will take the standard estimate of $5,350 (assuming you are single with no dependents) and later your taxable income will be zero.. but you still own to file a excise return. If you look on your federal 1040, there is a flash specifically designated for unemployment compensation contained by the income section of the form. Best Wishes!
yes. YOu'll still carry an W-2 so that means the IRS will acquire it too.

p.s. What Cupid said...
Nope, not required. Were you smart enough to hold voluntary withholding from your checks? Then it might be advisable to file a 1040EZ to bring back back that withholding.
