I give my two weeks noticed and informed my coordinator I would be moving out of state (New York) and continued to work until the day beforehand I moved. When I gave my notice my manager assured me that it would not be a problem to post me my last check. I have been over two months presently and I still have not received my check, plus in a minute they are refusing to transport me my W-2’s stating that since I worked this year they do not have to distribute them until next year. Is this correct? How can I spawn them give me my paycheck and w-2?Answers: If you worked for them during '07, they inevitability to send you a W-2 and you should hold received it by now. If you only worked for them within '08, they are not required to send you a W-2 until '09.

They absolutely owe you a W-2 if you worked for them surrounded by 2007... and since this is Feb and you worked for four months than you had to work for them surrounded by 2007..
Department of labor actually handle issues with employment. I believe they atre required to compensate you within 2 pay cheque periods. They must also provide you near a W2 for all work for the 2007 due year.
