I filed tonight. On the computer...so how long will it hold to get the check contained by the mail?Answers: According to the IRS return cycle chart your check will be mailed on Feb. 22. In the adjectives you should think just about direct deposit you get your settlement back alot quicker.

Most promising about 2 weeks if you have it direct deposited, or another week plus time in the messages if you are getting a paper check.

Is your girlfriend a dependent of her parents?
Does cohabiting violate local law?
Does she provide more than partly your support? Is she paying rent to her parents? otherwise they're supporting you not her.
