I am working freelance consulting for firms base in the US, but can work remotely from Canada. I am remunerated at my US address.

I applied for and just received a lasting resident card for Canada. Do I have to wallet a Canadian tax return? So far, I own no income in Canada. I do pay packet taxes in the US.
Are in that any restrictions for companies paying me in the States?

Answers: Quebec is the peak taxed province within Canada.
