Problems beside council levy?
i pay my council levy with a volentery attatchment of yield. all have been fine for 4 years, very soon suddenly they are telling me that i aint salaried ina year, although the money is still going out. i only found out beacuse they sent bailiffs round. i am going cracked, every time i call the council they put in the picture me someon will call me support. help please society - what can i do? we really struggle finncially, so i dont have lb20 a month spare tolerate alone pay lb900 asap!!Answers: You must enjoy proof of payment through a dune account or similar as you read aloud "money is still going out." You need to hold this proof into the council offices beside you and get it sorted obverse to face, previously the frustration of it all drives you barmy. Whilst you are there, bring in a complaint that everytime you ring someone says they will ring you wager on - and they dont. It's ridiculous that it's got to the bailiff stage, when you can prove you are paying it. Good luck and hope you seize more than a dimwit at the counter when you visit!
hopefully you enjoy proof of payment, the balifs will read this and it is proof satisfactory that they you have compensated and they cannot proceed.
but most of all acquire some legal counsel, if for example the council have not kept their collection correct when you have informed them, later inform them of the Data Protection Act and ask to speak to their Chief tresurer
Wether you pay direct from your mound, or take the money to the council office, there will be a receiving of some kind. Look on your ridge statement
I worked for a company who had a scottish provident pension scheme ,i want to trace any pension due to me ?
Answers: What surprises me is that as a contributor to the scheme you should have received annual statements from Scottish Provident.
The Pension Service will do this.

How do I report a subsidized student loan I received contained by my taxes?
I received a lsubsidized CHASE student loan to the effect of $23955 in 2007 that have accrued interest of $635.29. How do I report this on my taxes? Any assist would be greatly appreciated!Answers: You don't report this on your tax return. Loans are never reported as they hold no tax implication.
If you actually PAID interest on this loan within 2007 then you will get hold of a Form 1098-E from the lender. This can be claimed as an above the line adjustment to your income.
You don't involve to report loans as income. However, you can claim any interest they received as listed on a 1098. My loan is not through Chase, but I own to go online to and print out this form. They do not automatically distribute it to me.
You will need to complete a 1040. The rank is something like 22 (bottom partially of the first page).
