Answers: They are required to any hand them to you OR place them contained by the mail by Jan 31st. (Oddly, the statute does not require that they be postmarked by Jan 31, only be placed contained by the mail.) The IRS does not consider them slowly until Feb 15th, however,as that's the earliest date that they will take missing W-2 complaints.
It is the ruling that employers must convey out your W-2 by the last hours of daylight of January. So I am sure that you can expect your W-2 soon.

One thing to produce sure of is that you didn't move. If you moved and did not notify your past employer of your new address consequently there is a angelic chance that your W-2 go to the wrong addrses.
If by Jan 31st you have not received your W2, send for the employer and ask them if they have be sent. If by Feb 15th you have not received it, call upon the Internal Revenue Service and file a W2 complaint. They wil pocket a report and send you a form that you can use as a subsitute, you will necessitate your last paycheck stub when you phone up, along with the dub, address and phone# of the employer and what dates you worked for them
Call 1-8OO-829-1040
They are required to hold them in the messages by tomorrow, so it shouldn't be much longer. Good luck

If I am taking care of my younger siblings and my mother does not work can I claim them on my tax return?

Answers: Yes you can because they are dependent upon you for their well being since you say your mom doesn't work ! If you provided shelter, food etc etc etc for more than 6 months, you can claim them on your taxes. You may also claim "Head of Household" if you're the sole bread winner and you have dependents which you do ! NOTE: Does your mom have any income at all ? Just because she doesn't work doesn't mean she doesn't have income !

Even though your mom way not work, she may have income in the form of Stock Dividends, SSI etc etc etc, if that's the case then your situation may change a bit.

The term Dependent means: A qualifying child or a qualifying relative !

Go here for dependent information: http://www.irs.gov/publications/p501/ar0...
Maybe - depends on what you mean by "taking care of". Did they live with you for over half the year? If so you probably can claim them.

Answers: It might be the routing number input when filing points to the Santa Barbara dune. Contact the IRS immediately.
1. any identity theft
2. input error of dune info on either yours or the irs's section
3. or you owe someone some money, perhaps the govt or something through a court system, later they are authorize to garnish ur toll refund.
4. nouns like you hold one of those get ur settlement fast loan, cuz santa barbara nouns like one of those hill, meaning ur preparer already issue you a check for ur return minus all the fees they charge preparing ur return/issue the loan/interest/etc... so in a minute everything you get fund go to them.
If you file with a company such as Turbo Tax and preferred the option to enjoy your tax preparation fees deduct from your refund, Santa Barbara Bank and Trust handle it. However, on my bank statement, my direct deposit is showing that this deposit be from the RAL (Refund Anticipation Loan) department, yet I never took out a settlement anticipation loan!
