Income tariff? Return?

First year filing an income toll return...when will i get my return? Im gonna e-mail it next week! April?

Answers: Probably 6 weeks or so. First time file, you have to communication it in.
Depends on when they receive and adopt it.

After you mail it, you can check the status by calling their automated reimbursement system at 8OO-829-1954. Wait at least a week until that time calling. You'll need your soc#, file status, and refund amount within whole dollars.
Well you don't draw from your return. You are supposed to file your rates return with the IRS. Based on whether you overpaid or underpaid you may or may not bring a tax return

What you should gain is a W2 from your employer (if you were employed).

If you are a first time filer, you may be capable of file 1040EZ, assuming you own no dependents and made under $100k + some other conditions.
See here : http://www.qcktax.com/1040ez.php
Carol B is right. Call that number and it will give an account you the status of your return, like it's be received and is being processed. Call again surrounded by about a week and it may bestow you the date your refund will be within the mail.

If disabiltiy Is my only income do I have to file taxes?

Answers: please do. there are credits available that will get you some sort of return. you maybe eligable for the earned income credit. also with some state returns there is a home heating credit a homestead credit ( for home owners and renters). If the amount that you recieve is below what the gov. requires to "have to file" sometimes it does pay. I would suggest that you do the paper work and see if you can get a little back. If you don't come up with anything, nothing lost just don't mail it . Should you find something either at the federal level or state level ( I feel that you will ) then mail them. I'm sure the extra money would help. In short you loose nothing. Good luck and you can do it yourself take your time and read the directions or check with your local representative for maybe a program that does your taxes for free.
If it's social security disability, you won't because no one makes over 25000. You get to subtract 25000 if you are single, 32000 if you are married filing jointly. From the IRS:

Are Any of Your Benefits Taxable?
To find out whether any of your benefits may be taxable, compare the base amount (explained later) for your filing status with the total of:

One-half of your benefits, plus

All your other income, including tax-exempt interest.

When making this comparison, do not reduce your other income by any exclusions for:

Interest from qualified U.S. savings bonds,

Employer-provided adoption benefits,

Foreign earned income or foreign housing, or

Income earned by bona fide residents of American Samoa or Puerto Rico.

The SSA issues Form SSA-1099 and Form SSA-1042S. The RRB issues Form RRB-1099 and Form RRB-1042S. These forms (tax statements) report the amounts paid and repaid, and taxes withheld for a tax year. You may receive more than one of these forms for the same tax year. You should add the amounts shown on all forms you receive from the SSA and/or RRB for the same tax year to determine the “total” amounts paid and repaid, and taxes withheld for that tax year. See Appendix, at the end of this publication for more information.

Each original Form RRB-1099 is valid unless it has been corrected. The RRB will issue a corrected Form RRB-1099 if there is an error in the original. A corrected Form RRB-1099 is indicated as “CORRECTED” and replaces the corresponding original Form RRB-1099. You must use the latest corrected Form RRB-1099 you received and any original Form RRB-1099 that the RRB has not corrected when you determine what amounts to report on your tax return.

Figuring total income. To figure the total of one-half of your benefits plus your other income, use Worksheet A, discussed later. If the total is more than your base amount, part of your benefits may be taxable.

If you are married and file a joint return for 2007, you and your spouse must combine your incomes and your benefits to figure whether any of your combined benefits are taxable. Even if your spouse did not receive any benefits, you must add your spouse's income to yours to figure whether any of your benefits are taxable.

If the only income you received during 2007 was your social security or the SSEB portion of tier 1 railroad retirement benefits, your benefits generally are not taxable and you probably do not have to file a return. If you have income in addition to your benefits, you may have to file a return even if none of your benefits are taxable.

Base amount. Your base amount is:
$25,000 if you are single, head of household, or qualifying widow(er),

$25,000 if you are married filing separately and lived apart from your spouse for all of 2007,

$32,000 if you are married filing jointly, or

$-0- if you are married filing separately and lived with your spouse at any time during 2007.

From the IRS: U.S. citizens residing abroad. U.S. citizens who reside in the following countries are exempt from U.S. tax on their benefits.
Canada.

Egypt.

Germany.

Ireland.

Israel.

Italy. (You must also be a citizen of Italy for the exemption to apply.)

Romania.

United Kingdom.

The SSA will not withhold U.S. tax from your benefits if you are a U.S. citizen.

If your disability is from a private corporation, may be. Call the bank or bank holding company that is paying out the disability on behalf of the company and ask if they are going to send out a 1099-R.

Tax repayment self offest by FMS-reasons why?

I just checkedonline for the status of my import tax refund & it said my discount was mail yesterday but then underneath it have a link for me to click just about a situation that may apply to my tax compensation. So, I clicked the link and it be about FMS & how they may run down a persons compensation to pay a historic due obligation such as child support,a federal agency debt,or state income taxes. I be wondering if everyone is given this info online when they check the status of their refund,or is it individual there for ethnic group who are actually going to hold their refund correct? I ask this because I do not owe child support (I am a mom & my son lives with me)I do not owe any state income taxes(I already get my state refund & own never owed to the state) and I do not have any senate loans, student loans,ANYTHING LIKE THAT.What else could this possibly be for? I do have some unpaid parking tickets, but it did not say-so that the refund could be neutralize because of that. I'd appreciate any input on what debts theirallowed

Answers: I suspect that that's just a broad information link. But it's pretty undemanding to verify!

Call 1-8OO-304-3107. That's the FMS Autoresponder. You punch in your SSN and some other identify information and it will tell you if you are flagged for neutralize and if so for how much and for what reason.

Nomally you would receive a missive from FMS in November or December if your explanation was flagged for compensate along with the amount and the contact information for the agency that be collecting it so that you could verify the debt.
Call 1800 304 3107.This is the automated FMS hotline. It will tell you who you owe and what u owe
