Answers: I would. Do you enjoy the EIN number on the final pay stub of the employer that go out of business? I'd file anyway. Then, profile an amended tax return latter if you receive a W-2 from them.
Yes, but look at form 4852 (substitute for form )W2 instructions and be sure you have done adjectives that is needed. ie "what steps own you taken to geta form W2?"

Look at a prior year W2 if avaiable to get within Fed EIN.

GoodLuck
They have till closing stages of January to send you the W2 if they did not, after go ahead and profile using info from your last take-home pay stub. Good Luck!

My husband & I file married but seperate, would I qualify for the tax rebate?

Answers: Under the terms of the tentative agreement between the White House and Congressional Democrats, individual taxpayers would get up to $600 in rebates, working couples $1,200 and those with children an additional $300 per child under the agreement.

How is complete tax deluxe tax program?has audit support free efile?

Answers: We bought this program last week. I have been trying to get it to work ever since. Countless calls and e-mails to tech, and I am no farther ahead on my taxes than before I bought it. I think that I am having problems with a pop-up blocker, or at lease that is what they are trying to tell me.
