Could I write form 1099 by paw??
I have a corporation and I'm doing 1099's finishing minute. I just bought the forms by I can't print them. Is it okay if they are mitt written?Answers: Actually, the forms ARE free, just not from IRS.gov, but from the Government Printing Office.
And they can be handwritten. I've done it various times for nominee 1099-INT and 1099S forms, and have done W-2/3 forms. I'm not sure which 1099s you're chitchat about, but they can be done by mitt.
first off, if you bought the forms, your an idiot, they are free at IRS.GOV.
Second, you can print the forms sour of that website and type the infor in...it is better to be typed because you necessitate to send one to the member of staff and one to the IRS.

kevinmac did not READ his own source. The 1099 forms on the IRS website specifically state you CAN'T download an wallet them. I don't know if you can hand write the forms. If the instructions that can beside your forms don't cover that, you got ripped stale even if they were FREE.
