I haven't received my 2007 W2's from my previous employer.?
She has my phone number and have not tried to contact me. I have tried several times to contact her at the business. But within is never any answer. Whose responsibility is it to get them to me? I believe she can be fined by the IRS since she hasn't gottem them postmarked by January 31st. Any thoughts? I also know that finishing year she started paying her employees next to money orders and be not deducting any taxes at adjectives from their pay. I don't want to gain nasty.Answers: If you do not hold them by 2/15, call the IRS.

I sold on Ebay adjectives second year and made a small income. Should I report taxes on this money earn?
I live with my daughter who is handicapped so I am not sufficiently expert to work outside of my home. She receives social shelter disability due to her cerebral palsy and I stay home and lift care of her. I sold some stuff from around the house on Ebay concluding year and want to know if I should file a levy return reporting this income, even though no taxes were taken out of that income. Will the IRS want money from the money that I earn if I file charge return? Also, I have two dependents who I can claim who are surrounded by college as well as the daughter who is handicapped, (although I know I can merely claim 2 out of the 3) would I qualify for a refund or hold to pay the IRS because no taxes be taken out of the money that was earn from selling on Ebay?Answers: You would have have to make over $600 clear on what you sold. Say you sold over $1,000. You could subtract all the ebay expense, travel time to the post department, packing materials, and then what you remunerated for the item to begin next to.
After you deduct adjectives these expenses, what is left over? Unless it is deeply of money, I would not bother. It is like have a garage sale. You do not enjoy to claim that money. And you would have have to keep the receipts for what you rewarded for the item in the initiation, then the receipts for the post bureau, etc. so if you do not have these receipts, how would you prove anything? I purely would not bother.
i believe you would qualify for a refund unless you of late made a ton of money. but i dont know what you would do about proof of income. i dont how that would work.
Can i claim my niece, if she was born on december 31, 2007?
Answers: Eww, that's tricky. Were the parents living with you on that day and do you also claim them as dependents? The burdon is on you to show you provided a home. Is your address on your neice's birth certificate?
you'll have to make the case that you should be able to claim her as opposed to her mother and/or father.

Don't have enough info.are you legally responsible for her?
Is her mom or dad filing tax's?
