Will I owe taxes?
I am filing married seperate because my husbands money will be compensate from student loan repayments. I made $24,440 but only compensated into federal $6.00. I have two children and salaried afterschool care $665.00. I don't know wether to shift ahead and file seperate or as one and file an injured spouse allocation?Answers: Do the taxes both ways. Unless you live contained by a community property state--then it's not worth the trouble to do MFS.
If there's no EIC, feel free to wallet MFS and get your compensation now to some extent than waiting up to 16 weeks for the injured spouse form to be filed.
FORGOT in the region of a employment worked within 2007!?
So my brother lived in 2 states and worked around 5 job in 2007. He received 4 w-2's later week and filed. Well a w-2 popped up today for a temp profession he worked for like 3 weeks. He have totally forgot about the position because it was such a short duration. What should he do at this point and will he be penelized?Answers: Please profile an amended federal and state tax return.
File a 1040X by 4/15. Pay any amount that's owed by later and it's okay.
I worked for a company for about a month. Am I going to receive a W2?
Answers: Yes, even if you only worked a day or two they'd still be required to give you a W2 if you were paid.
Any job you were paid any amount from, no matter the duration of employment is required to send you a w-2 and you must file all w-2's you have even for a minimal amount
