If I file my return today. Am I still eligible for the rebate if it passes or should I wait to file?




Answers: yes, you'll still get one.
No need to wait. If Congress ends up passing something, it won't matter whether you have already filed or not - if you are eligible, you'd get it.

The check would come separately from, and later than, your refund.
It's totally separate-the rebates wont come until summer by then you will have a lot of late fees to pay. And I don't care what they say not everyone will get one.Only heads of households who are employed full time and have had their job a long time will get one.

Can I profile my 07 taxes this year and several months down the road profile my 06 taxes adjectives surrounded by matching year?

Answers: Yes. But if you anticipate a refund why hang around? Get your money back sooner. If you owe money, profile 06 now to avoid slow filing penalty and interest. Either way, you benefit
Each year stands on its own. If you owe money, IRS will distribute you a bill. If you have a compensation you won't get it until you profile your return.

What if never crawl out a w4 form and worked for an entire year?

I started work for a chiropractor 1/28/07 and was never given a w4 or I9 to stuff out, now what?!


Answers: By directive your employer is required to treat you as single with 0 (not 1) exemptions. You will probably return with a big tax compensation.
You are still responsible for taxes on wages earned, check your paystub and see if your employer made deduction
