Taxes Questions and Answers

I live in Texas & rent a property. Can I deduct property manager fees and maintenance on my taxes?

Answers: Absolutely. Both are deductable expenses in the year in which they are paid. You may want to take a look at IRS Pub 527 Residential Rental Property, to ensure you're getting all the deductions to which you are entitled.

Good luck.

Can I still pack out a fasfa if my parents deny to make available me their rates info?

They are being douches :(

Answers: The school are probably going to give you a tough time in obtain financial aid. Correct completion of the FAFSA material is IMPORTANT. If your parents are claiming you, still, you have need of to include their information. They need to stop claiming you completely, by at most minuscule the year prior to filing, if you want maximum results for your financial aid. It's mind boggling that parents wouldn't want to be encouraging and practical in your plight for tuition. Sorry for you!
Ask them to fill it out on-line. Let them know that most school mandate that even if you don't qualify for AID.

Call FAFSA and ask what to do if still NO. Also, look into being emancipated. It take a long time to do that.
fafsa isn't going to care that you are not dependent on your parents income. I hadnt lived or talk to my parents in close to 3 years when i tried to budge back to university but they still insisted i get their info. They necessarily told me that unless i am a) married b) have children c) over the age of 25 or d) my parents be dead... i needed their info. So the best you can do is sit beside your parents have them look over and imbue out the forms and maybe a moment ago have them permeate out the info and seal it when they are through so you can dispatch it off.

appropriate luck to you. I hope your parents give surrounded by or cooperate
It's been a few years since I full up out FAFSA, but I did it online and just have a parent fill surrounded by the info about their income. There also used to be a box you could check that said something to the effect of "parents will database taxes later" basically proverb the FAFSA people can capture the info from there. I used that a few times too.

I profile collectively beside my husband. I made $1858 concluding year and rewarded taxes on it, will I receive the toll rebate?

If so, how much would I receive?

Answers: It depends on your husband's income and the amount of taxes you paid on your 2007 taxes. You may be eligible for up to a $1200 rebate, depending the amount on your combined income and taxes.

Rebates for married couples are base on a joint return. So if you and your spouse together rewarded more than $1,200 in taxes, you’ll take a check for $1,200 for “individual” credits — even if one spouse earned deeply less than the other. If you and your spouse just paid $750 contained by taxes (less than the $1,200 rebate limit), you only catch back $750.

Of course, nought has be enacted but, so all details are subject to adjustment.
If you file mutually...you and husband will receive $1200. Half would be yours and half would be his
