Am I in the right category to ask this put somebody through the mill? My apologies, if not.Do you hold to be married to file mutually with your significant other? I thought so, however our parents reflect differently. We share a child, if that matters at adjectives.

If not basically have your b/f claim Head of household and the extra exemption from have the child and get the chil excise credit. It will help him out a ton. Check to see if he get EIC. As for you file as single beside one exemption (yourself) and take the hope or lifetime credit. If you don't qualify for any then subtract your tuition expenses.
