If you wallet Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Can they rob your income toll compensation?
I have file chapter 13 bankruptcy and I enjoy not filed my income taxes but. I have be told that the bankruptcy court can run your refund if you own one due to you. Is that true?Answers: Yes they can.the trustee will make you sigh the check over to them.I profile my taxes before I file bankruptcy and I have to show an itemize list on how I spent the money...but I did not hold to show receipts...and I couldnt pay bills ahead...I have to put stuff like vehicle repairs, clothes, etc...if you file collapse b4 u file your return.the trustee will help yourself to it...
The way I get it is that whatever you own completely written off will be considered income for you. This process that you will have to foot taxes on these just as if you received money as income.
Need sustain satisfying out a 1098 Mortgage Interest?
I am carring a loan on my old house and I obligation to fill out a 1098 and 1096, I be not given the social security number of the payers, so what happen if I don't have that packed out? Since I am now foreclosing on them I don't want my social collateral number on their copy, is this going to be a problem. I have tried for 2 weeks to christen the IRS - can't get through.Answers: More than feasible, unless you are in the lend business, you don't have a requirement to create a 1098 / 1096. See the later sentence in the quoted para below. This is from the IRS website (irs.gov).
"Not within the lending business. If you receive $600 or more of mortgage interest within the course of your trade or business, you are subject to the requirement to file Form 1098, even if you are not within the business of lending money. For example, if you are a legitimate estate developer and you provide financing to an individual to buy a home in your subdivision, and that home is deposit for the financing, you are subject to this reporting requirement. However, if you are a physician not engaged contained by any other business and you lend money to an individual to buy your home, you are not subject to this reporting requirement because you did not receive the interest in the course of your trade or business as a physician."
Rather than try and create what appear to be unnecessary forms and risk the associated identity pocketing issues, I'd simply inform the payers of the interest figures on the property that you enjoy and intend to use on your return for 2007. As long as you two are using the same info, the IRS will not enjoy a problem.
Good luck.
You will need adjectives SSN's on the form or it will be bouced back, the returns may be bounced spinal column an holds up occur.
Tax return question?
My mother lived with me for the year 2007. She did not work for the year 2007 and I have to provide for her. Of course if you ask her she will denied but the point is she was living next to me and I was paying the bills of the house. Can I claim her as a dependent? will that affect her within anyway in the adjectives, she doesn't want me to claim her because she is scare it may affect her. Can anyone relieve?Answers: you should be able to claim her as a dependent since she have no income of her own and lived with you - doesn't affect adjectives except she'll have a year near no earnings when it comes time to work out her social security benefits - respectively year is separate when it comes to income taxes
Since she had no income for the year, as long as you can show that you provided over partially of her support, you can claim her.
