Answers: No - rich people do not voluntarily give away money.
This is politicians taking money from one group of people and giving it to another group of people to make themselves look like the answer to a problem that they are really the cause of.
They are not reducing taxes, just redistributing them.
As long as they continue to spend more then they bring in, and refuse to reign in entitlement spending, all we are doing is shackling our grandkids with our bills.

How much of my son's childcare can we write past its sell-by date on 2007 taxes?
we're in FL, salaried around $4500 in 2007 for daycare but I hear the max you can write off is $3k. He's our solely child. Just don't have time to dig out the irs site right now so if anyone know off the top of their cranium...Answers: You get a credit base on the first $3000 that you pay. The percentage is base on your income. See Form 2441 for the details.
"Most" people wind up up with a credit of $600 (20% of $3000).
How long should I hang around past contacting a former employer almost my W2 form?
I usually file my taxes as soon as possible, but this year I'm waiting on a W2 from a former employer. Is in that a set deadline for these things?Answers: Rachel baby, nice to see you on another board.
The rules read aloud that the W-2s need to be mail out by 1/31, so the guy that said wait a week or two beforehand calling the prior employer was contained by the ball park. If this be a full time job near a large collective you shouldn't worry - it'll come. If it be a part time or seasonal opening with a sole proprietor nearby may be reason to be concerned, but still don't hysterics until the end of February.

Law requires them to communication no later than Jan 31. I would ring up them if you do not see it by Feb 10 or so.

Legally not considered "late" until Feb. 15. They must be postmarked Jan. 31.

Contact them now, because the canon states they have to transport it by the beginning of February - and appreciation for the reminder - I have to call upon mey old employer roughly that as well.
