sir,i am obulareddy from hyderabad, sir i apply pan card on 13-11-2007.coupon no ; 022137400, bundle ego ; UPC26077,
and despatch id ; 32370948.I reaceived my container card on 28-11-2007.But it has some misstakes which is it cant enjoy my orginal DOB (20-06-1985) but it have 20-06-2007. and other one is it enjoy without photo(minor) what it is possible?
i enjoy 23 yers old very soon.please send me my unusual PAN card
with photo and correction beside my DOB.please send me communication

Answers: Dear Obul Reddy,
It seems you hold wrongly filled the PAN application form or the UTITSL have made a mistake. Contact the UTITSL office at 1st floor of UTI bureau, opposite side of Troop Bazaar Police station (Koti). Take your PAN card slip and also PAN card and notify them the mistakes in your PAN card. They may backing you without any tax because it is their mistake.
If they did not accept for it, afterwards apply for PAN data correction which will cost you App.Rs.5 & Fee Rs.67.
