Sometimes you send your money overseas and the boat sinks or something and some Canuck will fabrication and say he sent it on the boat but you never get it. That's all I know. Anyway, devout luck.

Answers: Your mom can't claim your boyfriend. I believe she can claim you. If she is doing adjectives this working and you other two are not, you can just create in your mind my response to you asking "when will I get the money" unless, unsurprisingly, you mean, for your mother who is working herself to the bone. She probably didn't mind doing that for her pregnant daughter, but honey, catch a life! You don't get hold of EIC except for what you yourself actually earn.
You'd probably qualify for EIC if you claim your son, but since the amount depends on income, you might not get much. And except that, you wouldn't likely seize anything for claiming a dependent unless you made an awful lot of money in those couple months you worked.

Your mom would know how to claim the baby if neither you nor your boyfriend do. Depending on how much your mom made, she might return with a lot more for claiming him than you would - and it would be a nice method to pay her wager on for some of the support she has given adjectives of you. But if you or the baby's dad claims him, your mom can't.

You can't claim your boyfriend unless he lived with you ALL year, and his gross income be under $3400 for the year. There are some other rules too, but those are the key ones. You wouldn't be likely to procure any benefit anyway from claiming him.

I file taxes but forgot to tag on my Student Loan interest pd. - do I entail to amend - it doesn't metamorphosis anything

I adjusted it surrounded by the tax form and determined that it doesn't affect my return at all. I still termination up taking the standard deduction because its better. Do I need to amend them or can I of late leave it as is?

Answers: This form allows you to take off the student interest paid. I dont judge it will matter to the irs since it is not income.
To be locked..take it rear to where you have your taxes done and ask.. it should be free to ask and better to be safe afterwards sorry
