If you don't report the IRS will contact you and ask that you file. Print the Form 1120 rotten the IRS website fill it out and post it in. The IRS can be ample hassle without your comfort.
You are required to file, However I do not know of any "cgeap" software. But, as have been suggested, win the forms (1120) and file it beside just zero if there be actually no distraction. That will satisfy the file requirement. Aslo, don't forget to file your annual report when it comes due.
