New import tax rebate?
im your average guy you know husband 3 kids and id resembling to know if i will get the foreign tax rebate thank youAnswers: Are you talkingabout the Economic Stimulous Credit? If so yes you are eligable, anyone who files an 2007 levy return is eligable. Single people, $600 and Married $1200.00 Plus an other $300 per qualifying child. So if you are married and own three children under the age of seventeen, you will receive a rebate check within or around May-June of $1200.00 + ($300 *3) = $2100.00
Assuming you are under the AGI keep a tight rein on of $150k and your kids are all below age 17, you would receive a $2,100 rebate.
If you are over the 150k limit, the rebate reduce at a rate of 5% over the income excess. So at $192k of income, the rebate of $2,100 would be fully phased out.
yes, thanks to your president George Bush

I'm a 22 year old college student and made around 3,000 dollars will I recieve a tax rebate?
Answers: If your parents do not claim you as a dependent, you need $3000 in earned income to qualify for the minimum $300 rebate.
If your parents claim you as a dependent, you will be ineligible for the rebate, but you may still benefit under the plan.
While the rebate depends on your 2007 status and income, it is actually a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, in 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to zero percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.
So if you have taxable income in 2008, you will see a tax cut when you file in 2009.
YES, if you file your income taxes this year AND made over $3000 you will sometime in late Spring...
Please spend it on ME...
I'd imagine you probably will but I also believe that you don't even need to file with that little being made.
Contact the IRS or say a local tax filing such as H&R Block.
NOT IF YOUR PARENTS CLAIM YOU AS A DEPENDENT.
check on it you may not even have to file
Do your parents claim you on their taxes? Then no. I would guess that they do, because you aren't paying your way through school on $3,000 a year. They deserve the tax credit for paying for your school.
If for some reason you are not claimed, then the answer would depend on whether or not you made over $3,000. If it is under you won't get anything. If it is over $3,000 you will be eligible to receive from $300 up to what you paid in federal income taxes.
You're not a student in English are you?

I'm a veteran, near no income, where on earth and how should I record my taxes this year?
I am a disabled veteran. I have only just been honorably discharged from the U.S Navy.Currently I own no income since I dont have a opening, I am not receiving any veterans disability or social surety disability yet, since it take a while to file for these.
I am also currently attending an art college, which is really really expensive. I am using the GI Bill, but it doesn't cover the whole amount, singular a quarter of the amount of my tuition. So I had to clutch an educational loan.
So, where on earth can I file my taxes for free? What should I do when I am file for my income tax this year?
Answers: Did you hold no income at all within 2007? That's what this is based on, 2007 income taxes. Public libraries within Oklahoma help you report free of charge. They either hold people within to help, or computers near tax software geared up to help you folder. I'm sure other states are the same.
You own no income, thus no need to wallet.
