Is it possible to still receive my toll repayment from efile?
I filed my taxes through turbo tax/efile on the 29th of Jan. I am still all the same to recive an email conformation notice. I did carry billed on Jan 31st from turbo tax on my credit card(the cost of efiling)I only just thought you were supposed to receive the conformation email in 48 hrs and i don't have mine all the same. Is it still possible to receive my refund?
Answers: Wow, I am surprised that you did not receive an efile confirmation by now. I efiled through TaxAct on Jan 30 and get an IRS efile confirmation from TaxAct on Jan 31st that my return had be accepted by the IRS. You should of hear something by now.

just to see if they own received it and if it's being processed or not. If it's not after definitely contact Turbo Tax since they already charged you for the efile!
You obligation to sign into the account that you made near Turbo Tax and make sure that everything be sent and is being looked at by the IRS. It may be that they are waiting on you to do something. So, sign on and help yourself to a look at what is going on.
Can I use the tuition tax credit if my tuition was paid through student loans?
Answers: Yes you can. This is money that you will eventually have to pay back which is why you can use that tuition for the hope credit or life time credit. You CANNOT use tuition paid for by grants or scholarships because that is tax free money that you do not have to pay back.
I don't think so , but if you had interest on those loans you have be able to count the interest.
