My sandbank does'nt believe it wasn't me who set them up and says I own to contact the police,I have phoned the police and they speak its a bank event.
Does anyone know what I can do ?
Answers: Sounds like these items are fraudulent and if to be exact the case, your edge has a responsibility to investigate these items and if proven that you have nothing to do beside them, reimburse you.
See link below...I am assuming you are contained by the UK? Pardon me if I am incorrect. This link lays out the rules surrounding fraud surrounded by the UK banking system pretty clearly. There are also some other links at the bottom of the article that you might find assiduous.
Go back to the guard and demand handling...they have no other leeway but to help you. Its your right as a consumer.

Tell the dune you wish to invoke the Direct Debit Guarantee, which they put in the picture you about every time you set up a DD.
This money they will IMMEDIATELY cancel any DDs which hold been incorrectly applied to your description and refund the money to you.
The guarantee also mode that they will inform you at least 10 days up to that time the event if the amounts or dates of DDs are changed. Did they do this?
If you set them up the sandbank will have a signed DD form. Ask for a copy of these.
If they won't do adjectives this tell them you will inform the Banking Ombudsman.
Employer poor to dispatch me a 1099 form. What should I do?
I worked as an independent contractor for a small law firm for roughly speaking 2 months. I don't have copies of my checks or the total amount i earn. They did not send me the 1099 at the termination of the year and did not respond to any of my requests to do so. What shoould I do? How do I file my taxes? Is at hand any way to force the employer to convey me that 1099?Answers: most people do not grasp their 1099 until early to mid february. and yes you can contact your employer. but you hold to wait until feb 15th earlier you can contact the irs. they number is 1-8OO-829-1040 and be preparer to give employer information. if you dont receive it within time to do your taxes you can use form 4852
i love it when i get thumbs down for giving a correct answer especially related to something i do for a living.
If at hand is any way you can look at your sandbank statements.. calculate your total and next just report it on a Schedule C. You don't own to send a copy of a 1099 next to your tax return.. as long as the amounts game, that's all you necessitate. Your employer has until January 31st (postmarked by) to correspondence out any tax document, so you may want to in recent times give it a few more days.
Best Wishes!
Unlike W2s, you do not include your 1099s next to your 1040. The only exception is if at hand was withholding on the 1099.
You should prepare your Schedule C using your own archives and file your 1040 in need the 1099.
Absent the Form 1099, you are advised to claim the income you received anyway, as a self employed independent contractor. Should this imperative firm finally get its perform together and send that Form 1099 to you AND the IRS, you will know how to show that you claimed what was compensated as taxable income.
And do NOT follow earlier proposal to prepare your OWN Form 1099. That's not proper. Simply claim the income as you have paperwork of receiving.
If you received more than $600, they are requireed to convey you a 1099, and as lawyers they should know that. Call the HR department, and if within isnt one, go to one of the name partners and sensibly explain your problem and that you are next going to the state department of employment indemnity and state department of revenue. They were required to transport you one by the end of January.
Despite some erroneous answers, you ARE required to report adjectives income received, regardless whether or not the firm sends you the 1099. You will be filing a Schedule C, self employment and should be convention all your history, mileage logs and receipts, anyway. Figure out your income, and your deductions to make smaller the income on which you will pay self-employment taxes.
let somebody know them to give it to you or you will see a advocate
