No horrible comment other wise they will be reported same near stupid answers!
thank you!
Answers: dont worry when they capture to your home speak to them nice at the front door dont let them within your home tell them you hold five children and no money . they will leave and more than probable never return.
if you aint got any money to settle in your circumstances they is zilch at all they can do. it is more than the undertaking is worth to harass you when you hold five children.
in actual certainty Bailiffs have tremendously little power and people verbs to much about them.
if they start to threaten you nickname the police straight away they will leave directly believe me
G00GLE it because unless its council tax they own no rights at all they lately bully you into giving consent that you don't need to, also ring citizens counsel (it will take ages to procure through)
there are loads of network sites (free ones)telling you what to do,
let me know how you do if you resembling
As andrew C says, that and the gas board. alot of "bailiffs" are in actuality not Bailiffs and are actually in recent times debt collectors. their is a difference. some debt collectors get pushy as they work on commission and flout the law. but without a court warrant are merely hassle you. especially if you are paying some of the debt regulaly. I get debt collectors at my door some times as much as 2-5 times a week. I hold a note on my door which read
"debt collectors, take me to court, win the propper paperwork & I will make a pay-out agreement in court" cold caller of debts will be reported for harrasment to the courts with put a bet on up of the threatening amount of times you call during the week & undemocratic hours that you call.
Now Kindly place your notification surrounded by the letter box & smile as you are on camera. "
Since this document I now a moment ago get a "we call why you were out" card put through the door.
I enjoy had 2 court notification of debt of which I contacted the court and have agreed to take-home pay it back through the court at a clearing I can afford.
Its too easy to slip into debt, but its enormously hard to get hold of out of it.
Edit If its a pedigree they will use it to tease your emotion but unless its worth thousands, they wont.
If you do not allow them into the house they cannot enter without a warrant. So if they do come round DO NOT answer the door, even if they say aloud they are just in attendance for a chat because as soon as they enter your property they can remove your posessions. When they have vanished call the company which you are surrounded by debt with & ask to speak to the consolidation department. They will be capable of arrange something with you. Also try calling citizens suggestion who will be able to point you contained by the right direction.
I hope this was polite.x
Good luck!
I hope this link is assiduous other then going to your citizen direction bureau,
Bailiffs and debt collectors,
If you owe someone money, they may try to collect the debt using a bailiff or debt collector. If these people contact or drop by you, you need to know how to accord with them, and what your rights and obligation are.
When bailiffs may be used,
Your creditor (the person you owe money to) can trademark a claim against you in the County Court. A County Court Judgment (CCJ) may be made stating you must repay the debt.
Your creditor can ask the court to issue a 'warrant of execution', which ability that bailiffs may be called surrounded by to help get better the debt.
If you owe tax to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), or Council Tax to your local authority, they may transport bailiffs to recover the debt.
Debt collectors
Creditors may use a debt collection agency to ask you to pay packet off the debt.
Debt collectors aren't court official and don't have matching powers as bailiffs. They can't enter your home or seize your possessions.
the cooperation here is to give you more information,

I longing you well, polite luck
Who do you owe the money to? Is it your rent or is this another debt?
They will have served you next to some papers, you need to have a word to the person who you owe the money to and sort out a reduced expense over a longer period or something.
-------------------------------------
What bailiffs can and can't do
If County Court bailiffs come to your home, you don't enjoy to let them contained by.
They can't force their way contained by on their first visit, but they can enter through an accessible window, or an unlocked door. Forced entry includes pushing former you once you have open the door to them or leaving their foot surrounded by the door to prevent you closing it. Such action would trade name the whole process unjust.
Bailiffs trying to recover money you owe to HMRC are allowed to break into your home, providing they own a magistrates' warrant.
Bailiffs recovering unpaid magistrates' court fines, however, do have the power to force entry.
--------------------------------------...
What can a bailiff give somebody a lift?
Bailiffs can't take essentials such as clothing, bedding, cookers, fridges, most furniture and the 'tools of your trade' (for example, a computer you use for work).
They can steal non-essential items such as your television. They can cart possessions outside your home (for example, your car or garden equipment), or contained by unlocked sheds and garages.
--------------------------------------...
Visit the website mentioned earlier.
p.s where on earth are your CSA payments - have you made pains to recover the money from the father.
Do not let the bailiffs surrounded by and then they cannot give somebody a lift anything. In the end they will own to refer the matter put a bet on to the court who will look into it again. There is a form you can get from the court where on earth you fill surrounded by your income and outgoings - get some sensible abet filling this surrounded by and don't put put yourself on too tight a budget! The court will then look again at how much you enjoy to pay and is promising to look favourably at anything you hold out - even if only lb5 a month.
Do not sign anything from a bailiff any. In theory, they could bring a pedigree animal but without papers the resale convenience would be very little so it is drastically unlikely that they will touch your pets - and if they do, threaten the RSPCA and legal action/public awareness if any wound comes to them - they don't need the hastle!
I'm sorry you own had some hastle from the rigid minded Daily Mail readers. If they are not married or virgins, afterwards they are so two faced they are not worth even thinking around. On the scale of mediocre as the sort of people who are bailiffs themselves!
j.pee69 is correct if they are intimidating call for police and tell them ur on yr own beside 5 kids and what is happening. get sure all doors and window are locked then let somebody know the bailiffs that ur calling the police. they think they are going to frighten u into paying. contact yr CAB asap for relief.
Import export tax? bought item stale ebay i'm waiting for it from america?
bought item from america but now a friend mentioned introduction tax, i wasn't aware can anyone relate me how much it is? how you pay for it? does it effect the delivary of your item? i looked on hms customs but can't work it out, anyone have any experiances with itplease most gratefull hayley x
Answers: miss terry get it right. you get a card through, you money the charges if any, then they transport.
as for how the charges are worked out, import duty vary from one item to the next which explains why not everyone shares like experience. also, marking it as a contribution means zilch really- for an item marked bequest not be taxed it have to be of a value of lb36 or smaller number. import duty is charged on cost of stuff plus shipping, VAT is always charged on the cost of merchandise, plus shipping, plus import duty. so the costs creep up anyway.
ring 01702366077, (customs classification line) bring up to date them what the item is. they give you a citation for the items classification and give you the introduction duty rate. whatever the rate, it shouldn't finish off up being something stupid close to - equal to the value of the item or something, so if you draw from stuck ring the national customs advice file on 0845 010 9000 option 2.
perfect luck!
you get a card from tnt or whoever next to a website on it to go and wage trhe duty then a couple of days latter they deliver it cost me lb38 for a pair of exhaust pipes from usa importance lb199
sorry that was more or less lb18 import duty the rest be vat
I have ordered electronics gear from ebay from the states and never be taxed though my brother have bought cvigarettes from the states and been liable for extra import tax.
Im guessing will depend on the item, and what they have written on the customs description as to wether its liable or not.
Depends on the products involved and the value , as mentioned up to that time if you can get the merchant to send it as a endowment or as i did i got an american friend to convey the item for me , then you don't go and get charged as gifts aren't charged (illegal or a little white fiction ,you decide, for myself i.e. aimed at wholesale importing not one bad items)
However i am told by my best mate who works on a post office counter that if it is smaller quantity than 18lb in advantage then you don't hold to pay any introduction duty anyway.
If you do get charged it comes to your local PO and they dispatch you a card saying you hold money to pay when you pick it up.
